Ken Beer, President of Roken Construction began building custom homes in 1993. His passion for building led him to establish Roken Construction and sister company Estates Management Corporation to fulfill his career desires. With his exquisite building qualities and the client's vision, he can create their dreams into a reality.

Rosanne Beer joined the team in 2002 and launched a maintenance program specifically designed for each individual homeowner. This program relieves the frustration of scheduling appointments, meeting with technicians, and having to do the maintenance themselves so they can enjoy relaxing at home.
